Saturday night’s PAA Game/Gym Night was a perfect example of what makes our students so incredible. More than 100 students—middle schoolers and high schoolers—came together and truly made the night unforgettable.
From the moment the doors opened, our Student Association leaders took the lead. They provided food, they opened the gym, arranged a movie, provided games, and created a space where every person felt included. Their energy set the tone for the whole event.
In the gym, students ran the show—involving younger students in games, forming spontaneous teams, and cheering each other on. In the game rooms, high schoolers invited middle schoolers into their groups, making sure no one was left out. Upstairs, students hosted a movie space that quickly became a relaxed hangout spot.
Middle schoolers were the stars, too—bringing excitement, curiosity, and bravery as they stepped into a new environment. They tried new activities, made new friends, and jumped right into the fun. Their parents, who stayed and watched, witnessed firsthand the welcoming, kind, and joy-filled student community that makes PAA so special.
The night ended the same way it began—with students connecting, laughing, and taking care of each other. They created the community. They built the fun. They set the tone.
This event showed exactly why we’re so proud of our PAA students:
They lead.
They welcome.
They include.
They make PAA a place where everyone belongs.
We loved watching them shine. 💙🐾
