You Spoke, We Listened: Fall Parent Survey Results

Thank you, PAA families. This fall, 37 of you took the time to share your thoughts in our Parent Survey, with families of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors all represented. Your honesty is a gift, and we read every response.

Here is what we heard, rated on a scale of 1 to 10:

I know who to contact if I have questions or concerns: 9.3
My student is finding ways to be engaged (friendships, activities, athletics, music, classes, clubs): 9.1
I would recommend PAA to others: 9.1
I feel I am receiving value for my investment: 8.9
Communication from PAA keeps me informed: 8.6

More than 60% of you gave a 10 when asked if your student is finding ways to connect, and nearly 65% gave a 10 for knowing who to reach out to. Those numbers make our hearts happy. Being known and loved is what we want for every student, and it is encouraging to hear it is showing up in your family’s experience.

Communication scored lowest, and we are grateful you told us. We want you to feel informed and connected, so we have already made changes to our app based on your feedback changes to the PAA app have already been made and we are working on additional app, communication, and other suggestions.

Thank you for partnering with us, for your encouragement, and for trusting us with your students. We pray that God would keep making PAA a place where every student, and every family, feels at home.
