PAA Academy Day and Academy Night

What a blessing it was to welcome 8th-grade students from across the Portland metro area to our annual PAA Academy Day! Students joined us for morning worship led by a PAA student praise band and then spent the day exploring what makes PAA so special. They toured classrooms, met teachers, enjoyed lunch, and had plenty of time to play and connect with each other.

Our Student Association led the visiting students in fun games, academic departments hosted scholarship contests, and school clubs showcased the many opportunities available at PAA. During the end-of-day assembly, we awarded scholarships and held drawings for free application fees and even a free month of tuition. Students also watched a highlight video capturing the joy and energy of the day. Everyone went home with a PAA t-shirt — and an invitation to join the PAA family for high school. We can’t wait to welcome them back next year!

That evening, we were delighted to host PAA Parent Night, where families visited classrooms, met teachers, learned more about PAA’s programs, and had chances to win free application fees and tuition drawings.
