Senior Nights: Celebrating Those Who Led the Way

As the seasons came to an end, two different Senior Nights gave PAA the chance to say thank you to some incredible student athletes.
At one of their final home games of the season, Girls’ Volleyball honored two seniors. And at their last home game, Boys’ Soccer celebrated 13 seniors. Different teams, different sizes, same deep gratitude.
These seniors have been integral parts of the teams that won the Fall Classic championships the last two years. But their impact goes far beyond wins. They led their teams. They shaped the culture. They showed younger teammates what it looks like to work hard, to encourage each other, and to play with heart.
That impact was on full display as younger teammates and coaches took turns sharing what each senior has meant to them. There were stories, laughter, tears, and heartfelt words about the kind of teammates and friends these students have been. It is one thing to be a great athlete. It is another to be someone people are grateful to have beside them.
Seniors, you have given so much to your teams and to PAA. You are loved, and you will be missed more than you know. Thank you for the way you led, and for the way you loved your teammates well.
Go Cougars. 💙
