The deadline for students interested in attending the 2026 Walla Walla University Gospel Choir Festival on Feb. 6-7 is this Friday, January 16. Please let Dr. Carter or Tina Cooper know by Friday if you want to join in the fun. Fees to attend are $25.00.

Next week, PAA is hosting a free College Enrollment and Financial Aid workshop for students and parents in the PAA Library. Everyone is welcome, and this event is especially helpful for juniors, seniors, and their families. Jacob Roney and Claudia Santellano from Walla Walla University will share practical guidance on how to pay for college. While they are in Portland, they are also available to meet with families individually by appointment. The workshop begins at 6:30 p.m.

Show your Cougar spirit by cheering on the Cougar basketball teams. There are only 5 more home games and there are themes for each of those nights. Come dressed the part! Jan. 15 - Cougar Out (blue & gold, Cougar swag, face paint, ask Dawn for a foam paw, etc.) Jan. 17 - Camo Out Jan. 22 - Pajama Night Feb. 3 - Jersey Night Feb. 10 - White Out (this is also Senior Night) "When I root, I root for the Cougars!"

There are no classes on Monday, Jan. 19 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday. Enjoy your day off!

Be sure to check that you have all your homework in and everything made up that needs making up - the end of the semester is coming very soon, as in January 16! Semester grades go on transcripts so you will want to put your best foot forward. Get 'er done!

Just a quick reminder that the due date for the second installment for this year's music tour is coming up soon. Please have your $125.00 payment in to the office by January 20.

Enrollment is now open for the 2026-2027 school year! Submit your application between now and March 15 and you will save 50% on the application fee ($130). You can even register right from the PAA App. The application is quick and easy so do it today! Remember, Financial Aid needs to be applied for each year.
