Our Sophomore class will be spending Thursday, Sept. 17 at the Tree to Tree Adventure Park challenging themselves, and creating some memorable experiences. Waivers for the park are due at the office by Tuesday, Sept. 15. The excursion will take place, rain or shine, so come prepared and dressed appropriately for the conditions. The Freshman class will be working together as they explore downtown Gresham through a scavenger hunt on Friday, Sept. 18. The scavenger hunt and a short hike at Powell Butte will help them discover more about the community around them, learn new things, and build connections with their classmates as they go through the day. This past Tuesday, our chapel space became a place of listening, learning, and gratitude as a panel of Black students shared their voices in honor of Black History Month. This gathering marked the first of three chapels where Black history will be intentionally remembered and celebrated in our community.
