This week, principal Nicola introduced our soon-to-be new principal to our excited student body. We are grateful God has led us to Mr. Parris.
Dear PAA families and friends,
It is with great pleasure that I write to let you know that the school board voted unanimously to offer the principal position to Sheldon Parris. I am happy to say that he has accepted and says that he can’t wait to get here.
We called a special assembly to introduce Sheldon and his wife Christiana to our students. They received him with cheers and applause, and he thanked them for their trust in extending to him the opportunity to be a part of the PAA family.
God is so good, and He is constantly reminding me that He works things out in His time. It is through processes such as our principal search that I see over and over again how important it is to do as David repeatedly counseled in the Psalms and “wait on the Lord.”
God led us to Sheldon. In the board interview he said, “My greatest desire is for students to come back to PAA one day and tell me ‘I gave my life to Jesus because of my experience at PAA.'”
Thank you so much for your prayers and support throughout this entire process. Without it would have been overwhelming.
God bless Sheldon and Christiana as they prepare to begin their ministry here, and God bless PAA.
