At PAA, spring break is a chance to get out and SERVE!
Pastor Mackenzie and Pastor Steve are excited to invite students on a week long “Transformation Trip” with the organization Because People Matter, right here in Portland.
Through Transformation Trips, volunteers leave the comfort of their home, church, and socioeconomic status in order to GO on a journey of LEARNING.
Students who join the Transformation Trip will build relationships with some of Portland’s most marginalized populations and delve into a series of interactive learning activities that are designed to break down the barriers between us, teach radical love, and inspire intentional living.
It happens March 26-30. The service trip costs $300 and covers housing, food, and transportation.
